He graduated from University of Petroleum, China, majored in Hydrocarbon Processing, and got his bachelor in 1992. In July 1992, he began work for PetroChina Daqing as a technical engineer and then as project manager. Because of his distinguished performance, he was designated to attend in advanced studies on automation. He got master degree in 2002. That’s a full-time and in-service study.
Since 1992, he took part in several DCS import negotiation, engineering design and implement. The DCS producers are Honeywell, YOKOGAWA, Foxboro etc. Also he was organizer and governor in them. Since 1993, he took part in RTDB software design and development management, at the same time, he worked at ethylene, RFCC, CDU, DCU plants as process engineer, taking charge of operation, technicology and optimization; Since 1994, he answered for negotiation of APC software import, as well as marketing, negotiation, bid and engineering design, implement of relevant projects. He never drops his works during his advanced studies. He got a lot of awards, he had more than 20 projects and as project manager in more than 15 projects. The amount that he drew rein for his boss exceeds $5 million. He made more than ￥100 million profits for PetroChina.
In 1999, he was designated to sub-company named ControlTech, as vice general manager, managing marketing and tech. In the 2 years he got near upon 10 projects and had finished them, so that the company obtained ￥4 million profits. During this period he as a primary expert of APC took part in invite public budding of APC software import and negotiation.
On 1st Jan. 2001, he was designated to branch office in Beijing to help setting up the company named SunBridge. During the period of his service in Beijing, He applied himself to DCS, Petrochemical Process, Advanced Process Control and Process Real-Time Optimization. He has presided over the technical support, bid and project management of DCS, Process, APC, OPT, RTDB, system integration, etc. But his ability was oppressed because of the company management problem and the adjustment of inner PetroChina. So he quitted after finishing all the projects he had.
Since April of 2008, he joined Yokogawa Yokosin Software Engineering (WuXi) Co., Ltd Beijing Office as APC Senior Consultant, managing APC project and commissioning APC project.
