Aimed to improve the line yield, we found out the root causes and take related action to reduce the rate of Metal Mark. As the result of our team member's efforts together, the Metal Mark decreased 30% which exceed our prospective target. At the same time the DPPM in line also decreased and the complains from customer&QA also were under contol well.
