In March, 2006 I was transferred to Taiyuan Merchandising Team as the Shanxi District Merchandising Manager coordinator. To being a DMM’s coordinator, I must help my manager to make the festival sales plan and merchandising plan, negotiate with the vendors, coordinate the merchandising transfer from region A to region B, coordinate the merchandising plan and sales plan with overhead office buyers, and according to the last years Gross Profit to make the new gross profit for the buyer, and the most important skill is worked in merchandising team after I did a lot of data analysis, I helped the store and buyers make many right merchandising combinations, it was a very great support for their sales work.. More and more, I learned from Wal-Mart how to making money for the company.

During I worked in operation team, I followed my GM to participate in Wuhan new super center new store’s grand opening adn set up, in Ji’nan and Qindao, we organized the store structure adjustment, and we also participated the new store preparation of Taiyuan super center, during that period I take charge with the internal coordinate between the store and other departments from home office, coordinate the issues with property management company, also about the constructions issues I had to coordinate and follow up with the construction general contractor
